b) Color Contrast

Some GoDaddy template elements — including buttons, navigation menus, and footer areas — may not meet the WCAG 4.5:1 contrast ratio requirement. We customize colors where the platform allows, but some template-level styling is outside our direct control.

c) Keyboard Navigation

While GoDaddy supports basic keyboard navigation, some interactive elements (such as image galleries or dropdown menus) may not be fully keyboard accessible. Third-party embedded content, such as maps and social media widgets, may have independent accessibility limitations as well.

d) Closed Platform Architecture

GoDaddy Website Builder does not provide full access to the underlying HTML or ARIA attributes. This means some accessibility fixes that would typically require code-level changes are not possible without platform-level updates from GoDaddy. We cannot modify the platform's core rendering engine.

e) Third-Party Content

Embedded content from third parties — including Google Maps, social media feeds, and YouTube videos — may not fully meet WCAG standards. We select third-party tools that prioritize accessibility when possible, but we cannot guarantee their conformance.

f) PDF and Downloadable Documents

We strive to make all downloadable documents accessible. However, some legacy documents may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in an alternative format, please contact us and we will be happy to provide one.
